First Day of Strike

Today I am so glad that all my colleague have participated actively in strike what we planned to ask for our basic right (hike in fellowship). As inflation have grown out of control but income still lies behind. Research scholars have consistently asking for the hike but every time administration have misguided saying that we are doing our best and reality is totally different.
Some scholars have faced even threatening and consequences of just asking for their basic rights. This time we decided to put strike and there were effort to break us apart but we all stood firmly for the cause and made successful strike for the day and will continue it till we get hike in fellowship.
I congratulate all my colleagues for making this strong gesture.    

I HOPE will get what we are asking!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rainy season of Ranchi

finally after long break I am writing it again!!!!!!!!!
Ohh I am too glad to write about the rain in Ranchi........... its so pleasurable to be here at this time as
the rain is so beautiful here creating fresh plants greenery and flowers with many colors
the best part I like is its so cool and divine climate here I could imagine only in dreams the significant change occurred just two weeks back and I was afraid that that the hot summer may come back but rain is continuing
feels so fresh have literally got increased energy!!!!!!
as the advanture of the whether have took some random pakodas and hurt my stomach but pain is also incredible with low intensity and low speed of recovery. reminds me of somatic complain I had last year during same time. This year there is addition of my friend not being here but still have got some fresh new buddy's around here and enjoying life...

post holi hangover

Wow !!!!!!!!!!! Friends I tell you what a pleasant weather here in Kakne Ranchi loving it............

Today I miss my buddy (Bhai)  he would have have enjoyed a lot this. anyway have some hangover of yesterday best rangapanchami (Holi). played a colors with friends out here was fun the best part of it was 

the Bhang I had............. what a experience..... was really fun to have that ....

happy Holi!the festival of colors, I like this festival of colors it spreads the happiness in beginning of  summer
I feel which is great to adjust you to changing climate and make you feel better. I miss my hometown today as their would be grand celebration of holi though this year the situation is worst of all as there is drought in the region. For me it was really warm that some of colleagues have come with color to workplace. I enjoyed that moment though was not so comfortable.  

Updates on social network sites

Have seen many updates by friends on FB and other social networking sites about the world water day
but I am concerned that how many of us do really understand the worth of water.....
last I was in hometown and realized that there is scarcity of water and till may only municipal corporation have water to supply citizens of the latur city. that too once in week so horrible condition in some of  other districts in Maharashtra. I think our posts and updates on social networking sites should have some real efforts of people who come forward to save divine water and other issues too..............

An Absence....................

had another great day but was diffrent than yesterday... yest had two good thing happened
one that I have presented synopsis and the best thing that my best buddy got selected in the
one of the leading organization in the field of mental health..........
his hard work and effort have reached to right place although I do not want him to leave
but I was wishing for it so no way out..........
now just wondering how could I spend the time remained in here?????????
was suffering an unknown fear, worry, anxiety or what I do not know what to call it
but what I would face is his absence. his comments, his miraculous memory power
and many more things......
        

today finally presented synopsis........ feeling little relaxed but have long way to go
thoughts of corrections, modification and submission... before that have to go home fore a week
latur here I come.................
